APEX exists to change that. We're building the platform that institutional asset managers would build for themselves — if they had a world-class engineering team and unlimited time.
We're UK-first, because UK asset management has specific needs: RICS valuations, HMRC compliance, SDLT modelling, HMO licensing, and a regulatory environment that doesn't match any US SaaS product. We built for this from day one.

From frustration to platform.
The problem identified
Our founders, both experienced UK property investors, found themselves managing growing portfolios across five different tools — and still building manual reports in Excel. They decided to build the tool they wished existed.
Built with practitioners
Rather than building in isolation, APEX was co-designed with a group of UK asset managers — from single-asset landlords to multi-hundred-million-pound holding companies. Every feature request was validated against real workflows.
Private beta
After 18 months of development, APEX entered private beta with a select group of UK asset managers. The feedback shaped the AI monitoring engine, the Private Exchange, and the financial modelling capabilities.
Public launch
APEX is now available to all UK asset managers. We're proud of what we've built — and we're only getting started.
